  • Can I purchase a Gift Card for someone?
    • Absolutely! You may add a gift card.

      You can purchase a Gift Card in the following amounts: $15, $25, $50, $75, $100, $150 or $200. All gift cards are sent electronically to your email address, which you can then forward to the recipient of your choice. Instructions to redeem gift cards will be in the email.

  • Can I add a gift note?
    • Yes, when emailing us regarding the  gift receipt, please add the note you would like to include. If you don't request a gift note, we will add  **A gift from (your name)**   Unfortunately, we can't add a gift receipt or note once the order is already in the process of being shipped.

  • Do you have gift wrapping or a gift box?
    • No. We do not offer gift wrapping as of right now.

  • How long will it take for my order to ship?
    • As long as your items are in stock, all orders will be processed to ship within 2-3 business days and will be sent via UPS First Class mail or Priority mail. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Average time to receive your package is 3-5 business days.

      Shipping within the US is $9.95 for orders under $125 depending on your order total. Orders $125+ (after all applied discounts) will receive free shipping automatically.

  • Where do you ship from?
    • All of our orders are hand made, packed and shipped with love out of our Georgia warehouse.

  • What shipping method do you use?
    • Most of our orders ship via UPS First Class mail. We generally see the transit time between 3-5 business days once your order ships

  • Can I get my package shipped express/overnight?
    • We don't do express/overnight. Unfortunately we don't generally offer this, but we get it, if it's an emergency, you can reach out to our friendly customer service team and they can help to get your order shipped quickly and can ship your order UPS/Priority which is 2-3 day delivery once shipped.

  • What is your return policy?
    • We want you to feel comfortable shopping online. That's why you can return anything (except Final Sale items) within 30 days of your purchase.

  • Missing an item! Help!
    • Oh no! Although we ship with 99.9?curacy, there is still a .1% chance that we overlook something. We're human, afterall. Send us an email to and we will take care of you ASAP! With utmost priority.

  • How do I get rewards?
    • Every order that has gemstones you earn stars, every 5 starts you receive a free gemstone bracelet . You can find your rewards when you log into your account.  Don't have an account yet? No problem! We keep track of all your previous orders and your rewards will be in your account when you sign up!

  • What sizes are there for the Bracelets?
    • As you can see on the chart you can choose for man or woman both wrist sizes. As for the size of gemstones we offer from small 4mm to large of 10mm. We offer in the Specialties Bracelets the sizes of 8mm and 10 MM. Individual Gemstones we offer Gemstone sizes of 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm.

  • Why do all your Bracelets have lava stones?
    • We are a Aromatherapy Specialist, As Ana is a Aromatherapist and she combines the power of the Gemstones with the opportunity to add essential oils to all of the Bracelets. These very special Bracelets have the power of the gemstones with the Aromatherapy combined to improve life even faster.

  • How long have you been in business?
    • We have had the pleasure of being in business Since 2009! We started out in Pennsylvania, we were actually selling in an all Amish Market. Due to our product being 100% handmade, the Amish Community welcomed Ana in. As a result, by the time she moved out of State Ana had such a large clientele, that the Amish were actually buying and reselling her product for more than 8 yrs until they retired themselves. Since then we have had the pleasure of doing business in NJ, NC, FL, GA, and now we have clientele across the US.

  • Where can I find more ways to get informed by Ana herself?
    • Ana is growing her youtube video log as she is making a conscious effort to be more virtual. Anyone that has had a chance to meet her, knows she is a people person and is trying to reach everyone in a new virtual way, while giving everyone the one on one she loves to give her clients.

  • Can a One on One be requested with Ana?
    • Yes! send her a request via email and she will schedule an appointment to connect with you via zoom.

  • Can a specialty Essential Oil Blend be created for me?
    • Yes! Ana goes beyond to serve the clients and she is always creating specialties that are not listed on the site. Reach out to her via email and will connect with you directly.
